How the collaboration works
Initial consultation
First, we will get in touch and clarify your needs and goals. After our consultation, I’ll propose an approach, and you can decide whether working together makes sense for both of us.
Plan and price estimate
Together we will create a timeline, on which the price depends. For larger IT projects, it is impossible to estimate everything precisely, so I always provide a percentage of uncertainty and keep you informed regularly – at least once a week – about the progress.
Transparent development
All work is documented with source code (GIT), which becomes your property upon completion and allows for ongoing oversight by a third party.
Project scope
I focus on larger projects with a duration measured in months. Smaller tasks (e.g., simple company applications) are priced individually, otherwise I use the following hourly rates depending on the type of activity.
Hourly rates
In both estimated and billed time, I always list individual activities divided according to these rates:

Hourly rates also include related support activities beyond the development itself – this way you have a clear and predictable budget without small additional charges.
